Wang Yundan Inspects Minghua Electric Power for Special Research

On the afternoon of July 18, 2019, SEP Chairman and Party Secretary Wang Yundan and Deputy Party Secretary and Labor Union Chairman Gu Ai went to the laboratory and R&D center of Minghua Electric Power located at Changyang Campus to conduct a special research.

 

 

At the electrical laboratory, Wang Yundan stood in front of the DC microgrid physical dynamic simulation and full DC power environment display platform, and listened to the report on the progress of application of DC microgrid technology based on an autonomous control strategy according to floating voltage to Hongqiao Fund Town. He noted that the company should utilize new technology actively, focus on the demand on the users' side, and create an energy management platform based on the advanced internet of things technology.

 

 

Afterwards, Gu Ai presided over a special promotion meeting on the stock option incentive reform plan of Minghua Electric Power at the company's meeting room. Wang Yundan pointed out that the stock option incentive reform of Minghua Electric Power is an important driving force for the "secondary start-up" of the company, and is also a significant part of "Two-hundred Action" of SEP. The company should keep abreast of the development of the times, intensify the innovation of business model, strengthen the technological R&D and application in the Internet plus, integrated smart energy and related fields, and accelerate the transformation and development layout of digital industry in the process of constructing the mechanism of co-creation and sharing, in order to make its own positioning clearer, value concept more distinct, and development direction more steadfast. Gu Ai suggested that the company should concentrate more energy on the key and difficult issues of the reform, explore and tackle the methods and paths of development bottleneck audaciously, demonstrate the "gold content" of the reform plan fully. He also asked the company to pay attention to the distinctive characteristics of sci-tech enterprise, implement policies accurately, let the employees really feel the guiding role of the incentive, and further highlight the value of "treating strivers as the backbone".

 

As regards the new requirements put forward in the research, the leadership group of Minghua Electric Power expressed that they will continue to deepen reform in line with the parent company's requirement, implement the pilot reform plan creatively, facilitate SEP's execution of "Two-hundred Action" comprehensive reform task, and lay a solid foundation for realizing high-quality development of the "secondary start-up" of the company.

 

The related personnel of SEP General Office, Planning and Development Department, Human Resources Department, Finance Department, Capital Markets and Investor Relations Department, Science and Information Technology Department, Policy and Legal Affairs Department, International Business Department, Audit and Internal Control Department and Corporate Culture Department participated in the research.
